Captain Morgan Black Wild Ginger

  • 0.75  oz. Captain Morgan® Black Spiced Rum
  • 1.5  oz. dry white wine
  • 2  splash(es) pineapple juice
  • 1  splash(es) sour mix
  • 1  top(s) ginger ale
  • 2  slice(s) orange(s)
  • 3  slice(s) lemon(s)
  • 5  leaves mint

  1. Chill all ingredients.
  2. In a mixing glass, crush the fresh fruit to extract the juices.
  3. Add CAPTAIN MORGAN® Black Spiced Rum, wine, pineapple juice, sour mix and ginger ale.
  4. Add ice and stir.
  5. Pour into wine glasses with piece of fruit and a sprig of mint.
